COMPETITION ENTRY FORMS
TENNIS NSW REGISTRATION
Competition entry forms have been revised and are now available (see below). To enter a competition independently (i.e. not via a club) you will need a Team Registration form and a Fee Payment form. Teams entering a competition via a club may submit their Team Registration forms to the club as instructed by the club.
Playing in a competition this year? Remember that all TNB competition players (including reserves) must be registered with Tennis NSW. This registration provides Comprehensive Sports Injury Insurance as well as other benefits and is available online at www.tennis.com.au/nsw
